EXPERT TREE CARE.
FROM PRESERVATION TO REMOVAL.
Every tree is different. Every property is different. And every situation requires the right approach.
For 20 years, McMakin Tree Service has helped more than 10,000 customers care for, manage, and safely remove trees throughout the Upstate.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We look at the tree, its health and structure, the surrounding property, and the risks involved before recommending what needs to happen next.
Sometimes the right answer is trimming or preservation.
Sometimes it's removal.
And sometimes it's a tree that needs to come down carefully and completely.
Our job isn't to sell you a service. Our job is to understand the tree and recommend the right solution.
TREE SERVICES WE PROVIDE
LARGE TREE REMOVAL
Big trees require big experience. We specialize in large, difficult, and technically demanding removals where safety, precision, and protection of your property are critical.
DANGEROUS & HAZARDOUS
TREE REMOVAL
Dead, diseased, damaged, or structurally compromised trees can become serious hazards. We evaluate the situation and develop a safe plan for removal when necessary.
TREE REMOVAL
When a tree needs to come down, experience matters. We carefully plan each removal based on the tree, its surroundings, and the safest way to complete the job.
CRANE ASSISTED TREE REMOVAL
Some trees simply can't be safely removed using traditional methods. When appropriate, crane-assisted removal allows us to safely handle extremely large or difficult trees while minimizing risk to your property.
STORM DAMAGE & EMERGENCY TREE SERVICE
When severe weather damages a tree, the situation can change quickly. We help property owners safely address fallen, damaged, or hazardous trees and determine what needs to happen next.
LOT CLEARING
When trees need to be removed for construction, development, or property improvements, we can handle the tree removal and clearing work necessary to prepare the site.
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST.
After 20 years and more than 10,000 customers, we've seen just about everything.
Huge trees. Dangerous trees. Diseased trees. Storm-damaged trees. Trees growing in places they probably shouldn't.
We know trees. We know how they behave. And we know how to safely deal with them when they become a problem.
THE EQUIPMENT MATTERS.
THE EXPERIENCE MATTERS MORE.
